Athans Auto Body & Paint in Covina is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Auto Detailer and Painter’s Helper.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady work and looking to build a long-term career in the collision repair industry. We’re open to applicants with experience in either detailing or paint prep, and we’re willing to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities:
Detailing:
- Washing, buffing, polishing, and vacuuming vehicles.
- Interior and exterior cleanup after repairs.
- Prepping vehicles for delivery to customers.
Painter’s Helper:
- Sanding, taping, masking, and prepping vehicles.
- Cleaning and organizing paint materials and tools.
- Supporting the lead painter as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Experience in detailing or auto body prep preferred (not required).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet all day.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
What We Offer:
- Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm).
- Pay: $20–$22/hour (depending on experience).
